Information Collection

When you chat with Poly, your conversations are processed by a mixture of OpenAI and Anthropic, our AI providers. For quality assurance and debugging purposes, chat conversations are automatically stored for 30 days. When you're signed in, we also maintain a summary of your chats to provide a better user experience and prevent you from having to enter information repeatedly. While chat logs are automatically deleted after 30 days, you can delete your chat summaries and all other non-chat related content at any time through your profile page.

When you choose to store your information with us, we ensure it is:

• Hosted on Supabase, a secure and compliant database platform
• Chat logs are automatically deleted after 30 days
• Chat summaries and other stored data can be deleted at any time via your profile
